This Initial Consultation Agreement is made between NEXSTEP Management andConsultancy Inc. and the client with the name stated in the attachedbooking for the purpose of initial consultation of the purposesmentioned and selected by the Client.
The services to be provided under this agreement are limited to a single consultation. This agreement does not obligate the for client in any application or proceedings. Should Client require further advice or representation following this initial consultation, Client must sign a separate retainer agreement.
Initial consultations are provided on Zoom or Email. The consultation shall last for the duration stipulated on the appointment scheduled as selected by the client.
Theservices to be provided under this agreement are limited to a singleconsultation. This agreement does not obligate the for client in anyapplication or proceedings. Should Client require further advice orrepresentation following this initial consultation, Client must signa separate retainer agreement.
The Client is obliged to pay in advance the fee stipulated on the payment link. The initial consultation fee paid by the Client might be used as a payment/credit toward the retainer agreement if the client decides to retain us for full service within ONE month of the day the initial consultation was provided.
Fees shall be earned by NEXSTEP immediately upon the commencement of the provision of professional advice. Fees that have been earned under this agreement are non-refundable.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, no refund will be issued.
The advice provided by the NEXSTEP to Client is based on the Canadian and International Automotive market. NEXSTEP is not responsible or accountable for any other theories or view of points.
All information and documentation reviewed by the NEXSTEP, and used for the preparation of the plans will not be divulged to any third party,other than agents and employees, without prior consent, except as demanded by law. The NEXSTEP is also bound by the confidentiality requirements. The Client agrees to the use of electronic communication and storage of confidential information. The NEXSTEP will use his/her best efforts to maintain a high degree of security for electronic communication and information storage.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of British Columbia, and the Federal Laws of Canada applicable therein.
