As the Receptionist, you will manage the customer service process from their entry to the dealership to routing them to the appropriate department. You will be the initial face of our dealership, welcoming customers, answering their questions, and helping them navigate our business. Your ultimate goal is to foster strong relationships with both customers and internal teams, enhancing our dealership's reputation and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

While we will consider candidates from diverse backgrounds, a successful Receptionist at our dealership should have:

  • Strong experience in customer service, networking, and/or administration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to interact cordially with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • A professional appearance and a positive, friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An understanding of, and the ability to manage, constant interruptions and varied workflows.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to handle decisive situations and delegate tasks when necessary.
  • Demonstrated skill in team building and strategic leadership.
  • Versatility in task handling.

  • Receiving customers with courtesy and efficiency, setting a positive first impression for our dealership.
  • Excellently handling telephone calls, efficiently routing customers to the correct department/team member.
  • Arranging conference calls and managing all aspects of telephone activity.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the dealership's organization to correctly route callers and answer queries.
  • Ensuring clear and accurate written communication and documentation.
  • Providing clerical backup support to various departments as needed.
  • Managing customer traffic flow within the dealership, and keeping track of the whereabouts of team members.
  • Maintaining and implementing message and sign-in/sign-out systems.
