• Overseeing dealership operations and interdepartmental relations.

• Managing cash/profit, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.

• Serving as a point of contact for external sources, such as vendors and regulatory bodies.

• Executing daily and monthly account operations, including payroll and purchase order administration.

• Leading,motivating, and coaching the office team to ensure efficient operations.

• Conducting basic financial analyses and reporting on dealership sales, profits,and expenses.

• Participating in team meetings, contributing to decisions that impact all departments.
