Ideal Candidate:

While we will consider any experience and background, our ideal General Manager must possess:

• Proven leadership skills with an emphasis on delegation, coaching, and strategic planning

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making

• A deep understanding of General Motors Standard Accounting Policies and Service Policies and Procedures

• Knowledge of applicable federal, provincial, and local regulations and laws pertaining to the automotive industry

• Proficiency in computer systems, including spreadsheets, and full mathematical skills

• The ability to inspire customer enthusiasm and promote team building

• A winning mentality and the ability to adapt to various situations
