• Handling customer interactions with courtesy and professionalism,ensuring immediate resolution of complaints and concerns.

• Engaging with new and returning customers, addressing queries about services and treatments offered.

• Determining the root cause of customer dissatisfaction and implementing appropriate solutions.

• Coordinating with various dealership departments and GMCL’s Customer Communications Centre to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintaining a detailed record of customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions.

• Identifying potential improvements in our service delivery by analyzing customer feedback and trends.

• Facilitating customer enthusiasm activities and coordinating the Customer New Owner Clinic.
