  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Addressing and responding to the needs of each customer in a timely manner
  • Assisting in sales/marketing efforts and providing information on dealership's services to customers
  • Updating customer and vehicle information during every contact
  • Administrative support for correspondence, promotions, events, etc.
  • Working closely with all departments in the dealership to provide seamless customer service
