You will recruit, coach, and develop CRM Representatives, and work alongside all departments to ensure a cohesive customer contact approach. Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with customers, resolve their issues effectively, and work as part of a passionate team to maximize our dealership's performance.

  • A strong and proven track record in sales, customer service, and/or administration
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong commercial business acumen with knowledge of the automotive industry
  • A passionate desire to succeed and exceed customers' expectations
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

  • Develop and implement customer relations strategies and customer enthusiasm initiatives
  • Recruit, coach and develop CRM Representatives
  • Oversee administrative tasks, track dealership performance, and maintain the quality of the dealership’s customer database
  • Coordinate with other departments and maintain strong interdepartmental relations
  • Handle dissatisfied customers and resolve ongoing issues
  • Monitor lead conversion metrics, manage promotional activities, and represent the dealership at community events
