Are you currently working long hours as a Body Shop Consultant, Assistant Body Shop Manager, or in a business development executive role? As a Body Shop Manager, you will take the lead in customer relations, estimating repairs, sales, and marketing efforts while ensuring profitability. You will manage the entire process from the initial customer interaction to ensuring the quality of repairs and services rendered. You will be expected to build and maintain fruitful relationships with customers and the dealership departments while ensuring high performance in your team.

• Strong and proven track record in leadership roles, with skills in analysis and problem solving

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Deep understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques

• The ability to build and lead a team, motivating and coaching individuals for high performance

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to delegate effectively

• A passion for customer service and enthusiasm in ensuring client satisfaction.

• Identify, develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and enthusiasm

• Use your extensive knowledge of automotive systems to estimate the cost and extent of needed repairs

• Respond to the specific needs of each client or assignment, providing solutions to problems and communicating with financial services for coverage of necessary repairs

• Manage the body shop team, delegating tasks effectively, ensuring quality control, and developing competitive pricing structures

• Collaborate with other dealership departments and maintain interdepartmental relations

• Analyze profit-and-loss status and plan jobs accordingly, ensuring the profitability of the department

• Comply with federal, provincial, and local regulations pertaining to hazardous waste, emissions, and team members' health and safety.
