As our Body Shop Consultant, you'll manage the repair process from customer consultation to the final quality control check. This includes interacting with customers and justifying necessary repairs, estimating repair costs, coordinating with the Parts Department for required parts, and managing interdepartmental relations. Your ultimate goal is to maintain customer enthusiasm and ensure superior quality of our services while achieving business objectives.

• Prior experience in body shop operations, customer service, or similar roles.

• Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.

• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a keen eye for details.

• Strong interpersonal skills for customer and interdepartmental relations.

• Adaptability and a mindset for continuous improvement.

• A strong desire to succeed and contribute positively to the team.

  • Foster and develop customer relations, providing them with thorough information and advice about necessary vehicle repairs.
  • Conduct accurate damage estimates and calculate the total repair costs, including labor and painting.
  • Coordinate with the Body Shop team to assign repair orders based on the shop schedule and technicians' specialties.
  • Maintain strict quality control over repair jobs and ensure compliance with inspection requirements.
  • Understand and review insurance company estimates for accuracy and comprehensiveness.
  • Order necessary parts and materials, exploring alternative sources for hard-to-find items.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, charges, and parts orders.
